What is an Associate Member?

Dear Friends of the ITA,

In order to be a member of the Indiana Troopers Association, an officer must belong to the Indiana State Police, Excise Police or be a Conservation Officer. Many of our readers would like to support our efforts, whether individually or through their business.
The Associate Membership Program was designed for that purpose.

The program is simple. You choose your level of participation listed below, complete the form and mail it along with your check. We also accept most major credit cards. We will send you an Associate Membership Package, which includes a subscription to The Trooper Magazine.
We will not contact you again for 1-year.
When your membership is due for renewal, we will mail you a renewal form.

Now more than ever before, we need your support! Your donation will allow us to continue to meet our two major goals:

  • "Lending A Helping Hand To Those In Need"

    • Indiana Troopers Association Statewide Youth Fund (ITA-STY Fund)

      • Indiana State Police Youth Camps – grades  5-12

      • David Deuter Memorial 5th Grade Citizenship Essay Contest

      • Youth Education & Historical Center – YEHC in Indianapolis - Open to all ages

      • Trooper Teddy Program – bears given to children involved in traumatic situations

  • "Supporting Those Who Serve With Pride"

    • Providing a line-of-duty death benefit

    • College scholarship program for children of members

    • Supplemental medical benefits

    • Short-term personal crisis support

Over the years, our programs have benefited many of our members, as well as thousands of Indiana children. By becoming an Associate Member, you can be a part of these endeavors.

For your Associate Membership, you will receive a free subscription to The Trooper Magazine, a bumper sticker, a listing in our magazine and on our website (www.trooper.org), plus the following:

  • Diamond Membership - $250.00 – ISP 1937 Cord Safety Car collector model car

  • Platinum Membership - $100.00 – ISP Ring & Pocket Notebook

  • Gold Membership - $50.00 – ISP Key Ring & Note Card Set

  • Silver Membership - $25.00 – ISP Key Ring
